To sum up the art of hosting good conversations, it has to do with hosting, obviously. One of the main points that are talked about is what online hosts want to achieve, basically what the host should be doing to making everyone feel good and how the mood should be set. Then there are good online discussions, where you want to make sure there is something to talk about and how everyone should be glad to participate. Next is what a host is, this specifically talks about how the host should act and what the host should know, basically how he/she is in charge and that they should have a reason for people wanting to be there. After that is what a host does and how a host tries to grow, what is said here is basic rules that should be talked about and what your community should be based around.
Next is the host's behavior, this is one of the most important parts to being a good host. This part is all about you and how you want your community to be. There's a lot to talk about on this part and it's really divided so basically, act in a professional way but don't be a person that won't be liked to talk to, get along with people and make them feel wanted.
